Overview The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (WA) has released a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain market information to support prioritisation and decision making in relation to "Horizon 1" of DFES' ICT Modernisation Strategy and Roadmap. Purpose DFES seeks to: Identify potential available technology solutions Understand the range of potential options and approaches for implementation, integration, service delivery, support, and maintenance Obtain indicative pricing and timelines for delivery Identify key risks and considerations in relation to the solution, delivery approaches, commercial framework, and functional or technical requirements This RFI is not a tender process.
