Overview Murdoch University intends to release two linked open tender opportunities concurrently through Tenders WA: RFT26027 – AV Room Refurbishment 2026 and RFP26006 – Audio Visual Services Panel. This notice is provided for advance market awareness only and is not an invitation to submit a Response. Scope RFT26027 – AV Room Refurbishment 2026 Replacement of end-of-life AV equipment in selected teaching and learning spaces Disposal of existing AV equipment Supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of new AV equipment RFP26006 – Audio Visual Services Panel Establishment of a panel of suitably qualified providers across the following categories: Category A: Supply of AV Equipment Category B: Supply and Installation/Repair of AV Equipment Category C: Specialist AV Technical Services Contract Terms and Conditions Work under RFT26027 needs to be completed before Murdoch University's LSP period (21 December 2026 to 1 January 2027) Instructions to Tenderers Respondents may choose to submit a Response for either or both tender opportunities Those responding to RFP26006 may apply for one or more panel categories Both Requests will be released and closed at the same time RFT26027 and the Category B component of RFP26006 will incorporate the same evaluation scenario, enabling Respondents to utilise common response material across both submissions while addressing the specific requirements of each Request Interested suppliers are encouraged to monitor Tenders WA for the formal release and further information Enquiries Contact: Sophie Ta Email: procurement@murdoch.edu.au
