Overview The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS), on behalf of Perth Children's Hospital (PCH), is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to design, supply, install, commission, and maintain an immersive audio-visual soundscape system within the Child Protection Unit (CPU) at Perth Children's Hospital. Purpose The system is intended to support a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment for children who have experienced abuse, and their families and carers. Scope The scope includes: Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of an immersive audio-visual soundscape system Initial deployment of the system in two clinical examination rooms within the Child Protection Unit Delivery of the solution as a fully standalone system, without integration to the PCH network or reliance on an external internet connection Provision of staff training on the system Ongoing technical support services Ongoing maintenance services Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified to design, supply, install, commission, and maintain the immersive audio-visual soundscape system Tender Briefing A non-mandatory online briefing will be conducted for respondents.
