Overview Fremantle Ports is seeking proposals for a reward and recognition program that combines recognition, rewards, discounts, communications, wellbeing and reporting into one employee experience platform. Scope The scope includes: Provision of an employee reward and recognition platform supporting approximately 400 people Integration of recognition, rewards, discounts, communications, wellbeing and reporting functions into a single platform Delivery of a platform that reflects Fremantle Ports' values and supports a positive, inclusive and contemporary employee experience Instructions to Tenderers Please refer to the attached document for instructions on how to respond via the Oracle tendering platform.
