Overview The Town of Victoria Park invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified proponents for a 5+5-year ground lease over a portion of Lot 40 Charles Paterson Park, Burswood. The opportunity is for the development and operation of a sporting or recreational facility that activates the park and delivers community benefit, on terms compliant with Policy 310 – Leasing and Licensing.
