Overview Synergy (WA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Infrastructure Business Partner (IBP) services, covering the end-to-end management and support of Synergy's ICT infrastructure environment. Purpose The EOI process is intended to identify organisations with the capability, capacity, financial strength, industry experience and local presence required to deliver infrastructure services within a critical infrastructure environment. EOI submissions will be evaluated against predefined criteria and used to establish a shortlist of suppliers who may be invited to participate in the subsequent restricted tender stage. Scope The scope includes: Management and support of Synergy's ICT infrastructure environment, including on-premises, cloud and hybrid platforms, across metropolitan, regional and remote locations throughout Western Australia Infrastructure operations Microsoft 365 and Azure management Network services Cyber security support Database administration Monitoring and alerting Data centre services Storage and backup management Defined OT support services Contractor Requirements Capability and capacity to deliver infrastructure services within a critical infrastructure environment Financial strength Relevant industry experience Local presence in Western Australia
