Overview DevelopmentWA is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced Western Australian artists or artist-led teams to deliver a landmark integrated public artwork for the Roe Street HAFF project, a 30-storey Build-to-Rent development providing affordable and social housing within Perth City Link. Purpose The commission is funded through the State Government Percent for Art Scheme. Scope The scope includes: Design of a large-scale artwork integrated into the building's exposed concrete lift core facade Incorporation of mural elements into the artwork Incorporation of architectural lighting elements into the artwork Project management of the artwork commission Fabrication of the artwork Installation of the artwork Eligibility Open to experienced Western Australian artists or artist-led teams Funding Artwork budget of $710,000 (excluding GST)
