Overview The City of Belmont maintains a hanging basket display throughout the Faulkner Park Civic Precinct to provide seasonal colour and enhance the visual presentation of the area. The City intends to operate a biannual basket rotation program, with basket changeovers occurring in November and July each year, and is seeking an itemised quotation for the management, grow-out, removal, installation, and maintenance of hanging baskets. Scope The Contractor is to provide a separate itemised cost for each Part outlined below. A full statement of the Contract Requirements appears in the documents attached to this request. Part 1: Maintenance of Existing Hanging Baskets Provide maintenance of the existing 30 hanging baskets currently installed within the Faulkner Park Civic Precinct. Services to include: Watering as required Fertiliser application as required Pest and disease monitoring and treatment Removal of dead or damaged plant material Pruning and grooming to maintain presentation standards Inspection and reporting of basket and bracket condition Maintenance of baskets to ensure a healthy and visually appealing display at all times Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period: September 2026 to 30 July 2027, with a possible one-year contract extension Maintenance period for Part 1: September 2026 to November 2026 (approximately 3 months)
