Overview The Western Metropolitan Regional Council (WMRC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and capable organisations for the future resource recovery and processing of Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) managed by WMRC. Scope This EOI is deliberately technology neutral.
