Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) invites suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to submit a tender for the design and construction of the GAP Cairn Road Refurbishment Project. The Project comprises the design and construction of a new 40-kennel greyhound facility, together with the refurbishment and extension of the existing dwelling to establish the future Greyhounds as Pets (GAP) Administration Building. The Project forms part of RWWA's GAP program and supports its commitment to enhancing animal welfare outcomes through the delivery of modern, compliant and fit-for-purpose rehoming facilities. RWWA is seeking submissions from Respondents with demonstrated experience in design and construction projects, including the provision of design, approvals, construction, commissioning and handover services. Respondents will be assessed on their capability, capacity, relevant experience, proposed methodology, and ability to successfully deliver the Project within the required timeframe and contractual requirements. A mandatory site briefing and inspection will be conducted on Friday, 10 July at 12 PM as detailed in the RFT documentation. Respondents are encouraged to review all tender documents and requirements prior to submitting a response. A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
