About this tender
The City of Kalamunda (City) will be undertaking the development of the High Wycombe Community Hub to provide aquatic, recreation and community spaces for the local community. The City is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified contractors for the High Wycombe Community Hub construction works. Shortlisted applicants will later be invited to submit a formal Request for Tender (RFT). A non-mandatory briefing session may be held as part of the EOI process. Details of the briefing session is provided within this EOI document. Companies that fail to submit a conforming response to this EOI will not be considered for inclusion in the next stage of the procurement process.
