The City's project links with the State Government’s Housing Diversity Pipeline, a $2.6 billion, four-year program to improve the quality and accessibility of social housing in Western Australia. Expressions of Interest The State Government is now seeking Expressions of Interest for the Housing Diversity Pipeline (HDP) Round 2 (Rapid Divestment of Government Land). HDP Round 2 will leverage the knowledge and expertise of the development industry to: identify the most suitable land that can be developed bring new residential land and housing supply to market in the quickest possible way. Industry are invited to submit an Expression of Interest identifying suitable government owned land with a proposal to purchase and expedite development of the land for residential purposes. The State will seek to negotiate the sale of land to Successful Respondents on the condition the land is developed in line with the successful proposals and is delivered within an agreed timeframe to ensure the acceleration of housing supply to market.
