About this tender

Overview The Department of Treasury and Finance (WA), on behalf of RevenueWA, is seeking a contractor to deliver annual licence subscriptions and warranty maintenance and support for its Hewlett Packard (HP) Record Manager (RM8)/Content Manager (CM) document management system. About RevenueWA is a business unit within the Department of Treasury and Finance (the Customer). RevenueWA provides an essential service to the Government of Western Australia and the broader community through the administration of revenue laws and grants, including subsidy schemes, in a fair and efficient manner. The Government maintains its investment in the revenue systems operated by RevenueWA to ensure they remain reliable, fit for purpose, and that the underlying technology platform is up to date and supported. Without these systems, the revenue collection from Pay-roll tax, Transfer Duties, Insurance Duties, Land tax and Royalties would be at risk, resulting in an inability to efficiently pay grants and subsidies including the First Homeowners Grant, Household Electricity credit and concessions for pensioners and seniors on water and local authority rates. RevenueWA's document management system (HP RM8/CM) plays a key enabling role in the efficient operation of the revenue systems. It also fulfils an important role in RevenueWA's day to day operation, providing document retention and records management as well as making security and retrieval as seamless as possible. Without an effective system, the operation of all revenue systems would be significantly impaired. Purpose RevenueWA holds perpetual software licences for the HP RM8 CM; however, it requires a contractor to deliver annual licence subscriptions and warranty maintenance and support for HP RM8 CM under this request. Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.

Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding

Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.

Answer every criterion with evidence

Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.

Lodge early through the official portal

Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
