This document is designed to provide basic minimum request and assessment criteria for digital vertical imagery capture and georeferenced ortho-rectified photo mosaic projects procured through the Capture WA program. This specification covers the non-georeferenced individual frame equivalent, image or strip components of project capture, and the photogrammetrically generated aerial triangulation results, digital point clouds, digital elevation models, ortho-rectified georeferenced photo mosaics. The following documentation related to metadata, quality assurance reports, naming convention, and delivery folder structures will be provided in the Awards package. Landgate recognises that there is a wide variety of technologies available to provide digital vertical imagery. This specification document does not aim to cover every available technology and recognises that every technology may not fit prescribed guidelines or request templates. A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
