Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the refurbishment of the Library at Kiara College. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Demolition works Building permit and required certification by the contractor Optional items included in Schedule B Any substitutions, to be approved by the architect and communicated through PFM Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 368 Benara Road, Kiara on 23 September 2026 at 7:45 AM. A mandatory site briefing will also be held at Kiara College, at the same location of 368 Benara Road, Kiara WA 6054. Date: 23 September 2026 Time: 7:45 AM Location: 368 Benara Road, Kiara WA 6054 Attendance: Mandatory, and a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid Registration for the briefing can be made by email to Tenders.WA@programmed.com.au. The Request for Tender number and name must be reflected on all correspondence.
