Overview The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board is seeking respondents for Stage 1 of a two-stage Request for Tender for the Mausoleum Rectification and Painting Works (Stage 1 to 7) at Karrakatta Cemetery, Railway Road, Karrakatta. Scope The scope includes: Mausoleum rectification and painting works (Stage 1 to 7) at Karrakatta Cemetery Instructions to Tenderers This Request is Stage 1 of a two-stage Request for Tender for the Mausoleum Rectification and Painting Works (Stage 1 to 7) at Karrakatta Cemetery. In this Stage 1, respondents will be assessed for their capability and suitability against the Prequalification Criteria under Section 1.2. In Stage 2 of the Request for Tender, respondents evaluated as meeting the Prequalification Criteria will be invited through a Limited Tender Enquiry to conduct detailed site assessment and measurements, and submit their pricing offers. Site Inspection Date: 31 August 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: Railway Road, Karrakatta The Tenderer is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 1:00 PM Western Australia time on 28 August 2026 by contacting Nirmal Singh at Tenders@mcb.wa.gov.au. Failure to attend the mandatory Request briefing will result in the Tender being ineligible for further consideration.
