Overview Greatland Pty Limited is seeking a suitable Contractor to design and construct four (4) Primary Exhaust Ventilation fans on surface for the Havieron Project, a brownfields underground gold-copper mine development. About The Havieron Project is located in the Paterson Province of Western Australia, approximately 45 km east of the existing Telfer Mine. The Havieron Project is a brownfields development of an underground gold-copper mine. Scope Greatland Pty Limited is looking to install four (4) Primary Exhaust Ventilation fans on surface, with each set of two fans installed over a 5m diameter shaft linking the surface to the underground operations. The full Scope of Work includes: Supply and installation of the required fans All civils associated with the construction of the fan footings Supply and installation of the switchrooms required for the operation of the fans All civils associated with the construction of the switchroom footings Supply and installation of 1 x 33/11kV and 1 x 33/0.4kV transformers All civils associated with the construction of the two transformer compounds Reticulation of all High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) power between the HV power supply, switchroom and fan Provision of all labour (including sub-contractors), supervision, plant, equipment, consumables, QA/QC, survey/as-built records, testing, commissioning, mobilisation, site establishment, demobilisation and management required to safely install the fans and associated equipment required to operate the fans Indicative Operating Duty Points Total Airflow: 700m³/s to 720m³/s System Static Pressure (at the shaft collar): 4,114Pa to 4,357Pa over the life of mine Contract Terms and Conditions The project will be completed under a Design and Construct contract The first set of fans are scheduled to be installed in Q2 2028 The second set of fans are required for installation in Q1 2030 Instructions to Tenderers Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable Contractors via an Invitation to Tender.
