Meeting Room Technology Refresh Perth One The Esplanade Meeting Room Technology Refresh Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide a full meeting room technology refresh in support of Perth One The Esplanade. Contractor shall provide meeting room technology refresh for approximately 240 meeting room spaces at our One The Esplanade office location. Contractor will comply with Chevron approved technology standards Scope of work includes (but not limited to): • Complete a full audit of meeting room spaces prior to RFP response • Plan and execute a full technology refresh commencing Q1 2028 • Provide project management expertise • Supply and Install hardware based on Chevron approved standards • Partner with Chevron teams to ensure minimal business disruption • Fully align with Chevrons compliance requirements
