General Scope of Supply / Services The RLTS solution drawings, and the materials and workmanship clauses and equipment data sheets contained in this specification, form a technical description of the scope of the works. The Contractor shall ensure that due allowance is made for items not detailed but which would reasonably be expected to form part of fully functional turn-key RTLS system fully integrated with all third-party systems, and incorporating clinical and non-clinical workflows. The Contractor shall have full responsibility for the complete installation of the works, as defined herein. The works comprise the design, supply, installation, commissioning, testing, placing into service and maintenance of the RTLS solution, including but not limited to: • RTLS Engine including seamless integration with all network resources and third-party systems including but not limited to: WLAN Layer: BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and Wireless Access Points (WAP) Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Layer Cisco RTLS Layer: Cisco CMX servers and Cisco Spaces Connectors RTLS SQL database layer Cisco Spaces SaaS Active Directory and SSO Mobile Duress Systems Facility Messaging Systems, including Mobile Clinical Handsets • RTLS Smartphone Tracking Software • RTLS Tracking Software and associated tags/badges/pendants for: Staff Badges Patient Pendants Infant and Mother Tags Asset Tags • Workflow development and stakeholder workshopping. • Design and Construction documentation including installation drawings, as-installed drawings, samples, operating and maintenance manuals; • Maintenance and update of construction stage installation documentation with details of all clarifications, variations and alterations issued throughout the works; • Testing and commissioning of all equipment and systems as part of the installation. • Certificate of compliance for all systems. The scope of this package includes but not be limited to, the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, project management and training for the following systems and services. Chat applications • Provision and deployment of charging docs and spare hot-swappable batteries in consultation with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. • Workflow development and stakeholder workshopping. • Design and Construction documentation including installation drawings, as-installed drawings, samples, operating and maintenance manuals; • Maintenance and update of construction stage installation documentation with details of all clarifications, variations and alterations issued throughout the works; • Testing and commissioning of all equipment and systems as part of the installation. • Certificate of compliance for all systems. The Contractor will be responsible for supporting the Managing Contractor, their sub trades and furniture, fitting and equipment (FF&E) (including major medical equipment (MME) & biomedical equipment (BME) vendors and will support the integration of all Digital Systems, including digital integrations of FF&E (including MME & BME) equipment and systems where they are installed and commissioned prior to SP practical completion. The Contractor principally works for the Managing Contractor as a trade subcontractor; and consequently, will need to lead and coordinate digital works with other trade subcontractors for their design and delivery. The Contractor coordinates works with the Managing Contractor (MC). The Managing Contractors digital team coordinates all digital escalations through to appropriate governance forum or authoritative leads, facilitating problem resolution, and facilitating Client decision making and problem resolution activities. The Contractor executes all their project responsibilities in conjunction with the Managing Contractor and is responsible for their own design, delivery and assurance HSE Requirements SUBCONTRACTOR shall comply with all regulations and procedures relating to Health and Safety and Environment requirements laid down by Statutory Authorities, CONTRACTOR and the SUBCONTRACTOR’S Own Safety Manual. SUBCONTRACTOR shall maintain a highest regard of the health and safety of its own personnel and of environment and ensure that its activities do not endanger the safety of SUBCONTRACTOR’S personnel and local communities. All reasonable precautions shall be taken for the protection of the workers and of the members of public and property that might be affected by SUBCONTRACTOR’S Work/Services. Relevant Work Experience – Subcontractors are requested to provide a list of projects demonstrating proven experience within the last 5 years.
