Scope The scope includes but is not necessarily limited to: Internal painting External painting Plastering Protective coatings Texture coatings Sealers Painted details Epoxy and caulking Line marking Contractor Requirements HSE Requirements The subcontractor shall comply with all regulations and procedures relating to health, safety and environment requirements laid down by statutory authorities, the contractor, and the subcontractor's own safety manual The subcontractor shall maintain the highest regard for the health and safety of its own personnel and of the environment, and ensure that its activities do not endanger the safety of the subcontractor's personnel and local communities All reasonable precautions shall be taken for the protection of workers and of members of the public and property that might be affected by the subcontractor's work or services Relevant Work Experience Subcontractors are requested to provide a list of projects demonstrating proven experience within the last 5 years Information Requested For completed projects or experience meeting the above criteria, subcontractors must provide the following details: Project name Year the project was executed Operator name Project scope Experience operating in Western Australia
