About this tender
Overview DevelopmentWA is establishing a Planning and Urban Design Panel to provide planning and urban design consultancy services supporting DevelopmentWA's project delivery across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. Depending on the nature, value, sensitivity, location, and complexity of each project, DevelopmentWA may procure services through the Full-Service Planning and Urban Design Panel, the Regional Planning and Urban Design Panel, or the Specialist Planning and Urban Design Services Panel. Scope Services must be practical, commercially realistic, and responsive to project context. The scope includes: Urban design services Concept design services Master planning Preparation and amendment of structure plans Preparation and amendment of local development plans Preparation and amendment of planning schemes Preparation and amendment of improvement plans and redevelopment schemes Preparation of subdivision and development approval applications Policy and design guideline preparation Stakeholder negotiation and facilitation Sustainability integration Climate resilience advice Specialist planning and urban design services
