Supply, Delivery & Installation of Audio-Visual Equipment and Services at NR TAFE Newman Campus
Tender Overview
About this tender
Overview North Regional TAFE (NRTAFE) is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the supply, delivery, installation, training and commissioning of classroom Audio Visual (AV) equipment at its Newman campus. About NRTAFE is establishing two purpose-built digital training suites at the Newman campus to provide students with a high-quality, synchronous learning experience supported by contemporary digital technologies. These suites will enable enrolled students to attend campus and participate in real-time training and assessment activities delivered by Lecturers located at any of NRTAFE's 11 campuses. Purpose The technology environment will facilitate seamless content delivery, active student engagement, and interactive participation through platforms such as Microsoft Teams, the Canvas Learning Management System, and associated digital learning tools. This model ensures that students in Newman have equitable access to specialist training regardless of where the Lecturer is physically based. The focus of these digital training suites is to create a student-centred, fully supported learning environment that blends the advantages of synchronous online delivery with the benefits of on-campus support. While Lecturers deliver training remotely, students will receive at-the-elbow assistance from trained staff within the physical learning space, ensuring they remain supported, confident, and engaged throughout their learning journey. By combining high-quality digital infrastructure with localised, in-person support, the Newman campus will offer a contemporary, flexible, and inclusive training experience that meets the needs of regional learners and strengthens access to vocational education across the Pilbara. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of classroom Audio Visual (AV) equipment for two digital training suites at the Newman campus Installation and commissioning of the AV equipment Training on the installed AV equipment Removal of packaging following installation Contract Terms and Conditions NRTAFE anticipates that the AV equipment provided will meet latest model requirements, with provision of equipment aligning with technology changes throughout the duration of the contract
