Beeliar Community Centre Redevelopment - Design Team and Superintendency Services

Overview The City of Cockburn (the Principal) requires the services of an appropriately qualified, skilled, and experienced Architect, registered to practise in Western Australia, to undertake the design, documentation, superintendency and consultant coordination role for the design and construction of the Beeliar Community Centre Redevelopment project (the Project). Scope The scope includes: Design, documentation, superintendency and consultant coordination for the Beeliar Community Centre Redevelopment project Extension, alterations and improvements to the existing building as indicated in the Concept Design drawing included in the tender package Acting as lead consultant, including engaging and coordinating all required design disciplines Coordinating secondary consultants engaged by the Principal Contractor Requirements Appropriately qualified, skilled and experienced Architect, registered to practise in Western Australia All services to be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal's Representative in strict accordance with the Contract, the Specification and the contracted Price Schedule, along with any instruction issued by the Principal's Representative Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018, and the ability to provide a Modern Slavery Statement when requested, as required by the Act Address all requirements as outlined in the request Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of the Contract The Principal has the option to extend the Contract by up to twelve (12) months, to a maximum of four (4) years The Contract is expected to commence late-September / early-October 2026 A full statement of the services required under the proposed contract appears in B01 Specification Instructions to Tenderers Under the PRIS Act 2024 and the City's Privacy Management Policy, the City of Cockburn has obligations in relation to how it collects, stores, uses and accesses personal information.
