Overview The City of Mandurah is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced businesses or organisations for the Provision of Drug and Alcohol Testing. Scope The scope includes: Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing Random workplace testing Causal and concern-based testing Confirmatory testing Secure reporting of results Training for employees and people leaders Provision of advice relating to non-negative test results Testing services delivered at the Contractor's premises and City worksites, as applicable, to support the City's workplace health and safety obligations Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of drug and alcohol testing services Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of three years Two options to extend the contract for a further one year period each, to be exercised at the sole discretion of the City
