Overview The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is seeking to procure identity matching and resolution capabilities to support multi-agency information sharing and risk assessment as part of the Central Information Point (CIP) project. Scope The scope includes: Provision of identity matching and resolution capabilities to support the Central Information Point (CIP) project Provision of a commercially available product, vendor-developed solution, or custom-developed solution capable of meeting the program's functional, non-functional, security, and operational requirements Provision of subject matter expertise in identity resolution and related fields of data matching and data linkage to enable DPC to self-manage and operate the solution Deployment of the proposed solution within DPC-managed infrastructure, operating under DPC governance and control Contractor Requirements Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and externally hosted solutions are not being considered as part of this procurement.
