About this tender
Overview The City of Swan is seeking tenders for the provision of surveying services for the City of Swan. About The City of Swan is the largest local government authority within the Perth metropolitan area, covering approximately 1,042 square kilometres. Scope The scope includes: Completion of detailed feature ground surveys of proposed and existing road reserves, drainage basins and other structures as requested by the Principal Survey work including, but not limited to, investigation, capture, placement and coordination of points Use of the coordinate system specified by the Principal, and the Principal's feature coding system, as per clause 5.4.1(c) of the Request Provision of a survey file containing, at a minimum, the following information: All existing features such as existing kerbs Extent of pavement Driveways Services above and below ground, where located Drainage, including pipe diameters, invert levels and lid type Fences on boundaries Signs Trees and significant vegetation Contractor Requirements Surveyors must hold a land surveyor's practising certificate Instructions to Tenderers A map of the Principal's ward boundaries is provided in accordance with clause 5.4.1(b) of the Request.
