Overview Lake Maintenance is requesting quotes for concrete driveway and crossover installation works at three properties, on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works. Scope The scope includes: 16 Greybox Crescent Installation of new concrete driveway and crossover, approximately 14 metres long Driveway to be 3 metres wide and finish and marry into the carport Concrete to be 125mm thick and 25 mpa SL72 mesh in driveway Crossover to SWEK specifications, with the contractor to apply to SWEK for the new crossover and pay all fees Driveway to have 100x100 footing in natural ground around the outside perimeter Control joints as per Australian Standards 10 Acacia Crescent Installation of new concrete driveway, approximately 6 metres long Driveway to be 3 metres wide and marry into the carport Compacted fill to raise driveway to carport height Cutting back and making good the damaged carport edge sections Trimming concrete at the gate crossover for a neat finish Pressure washing of the crossover Concrete to be 125mm thick and 25 mpa SL72 mesh in driveway Driveway to have a 200mm wide x 200mm deep footing in natural ground around the outside perimeter Control joints as per Australian Standards 8 Weaber Plain Road Installation of new concrete driveway and crossover, approximately 25 metres long Driveway to include carparking for 2 cars at the end, 3 metres wide Driveway to be 3.0 metres wide overall Concrete to be 125mm thick and 25 mpa SL72 mesh in driveway Crossover to SWEK specifications, with the contractor to apply to SWEK for the new crossover and pay all fees Driveway to have 100x100 footing around the outside perimeter Control joints as per Australian Standards Driveway to finish at the wing fence, following its angle Information Requested A formal quote on company letterhead, valid for 30 days A price breakdown per trade type, using the "MDT Price Breakdown" template provided An estimated Service Delivery Program (SDP), including mobilisation time and time to complete the works All ACM pricing identified separately per property, if applicable Instructions to Tenderers Review the Scope of Works and inform Lake Maintenance of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, and/or clarifications as soon as possible, and before submitting your quote Submission of quotes should be made no later than 5:00 PM Tuesday, 04/08/2026 All subcontractors, their employees, and contractors must complete onboarding inductions prior to commencing work on site The requirements set by the Department of Housing and Works must be followed and reflected in your quote, referring to all attached documents Any submission deemed incomplete will be rejected Works will only be deemed completed and paid after all scope requirements are submitted, including before and after photos, waterproofing photos, and reports Subcontractors are to follow the appropriate protocols when entering and leaving remote communities Enquiries Contact: Amila Mendi Email: amilamendis@lakemaint.com.au
