Contractor Requirements Quotes must adhere to the technical specifications and requirements set by the Department of Housing and Works, as reflected in the supplied documents All subcontractors, their employees, and contractors must complete onboarding inductions prior to commencing work on site Subcontractors must follow the appropriate protocols when entering or leaving remote communities Instructions to Tenderers Review the Scope of Works and supplied documentation, and inform Lake Maintenance of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, or required clarifications before submitting a quote Reference the supplied documentation when preparing the quote submission Progress payment terms must be recommended by the Head Contractor at the time of submitting quotes to the Principal, are negotiable, and must be agreed with the Principal before any works are awarded Works will only be deemed completed and paid once all scope requirements are submitted, including before and after photos, waterproofing photos, and reports Any submission deemed incomplete will be rejected Enquiries Contact: Amila Mendi Email: amilamendis@lakemaint.com.au
