Remote IO Panels - P2000 Expansion Project

Overview Pilgangoora Operations Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier for the Remote IO Panels package as part of the P2000 Expansion Project. Scope The Remote IO Panels package shall be supplied complete, including panel hardware, IO modules, network switches, power supplies, termination and marshalling components, and associated equipment required to support field-level signal distribution across the P2000 Expansion Project. The scope includes: Design, fabrication, assembly, and supply of remote IO panels configured for full compatibility with the plant's existing Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) control platform and network architecture Installation of free-issued Allen Bradley hardware, including IO modules and associated components, within the supplied panels Factory acceptance testing prior to delivery, with installation and commissioning support available to confirm correct integration with the plant-wide control system Information Requested Supplier documentation is to be provided, including: Panel design documentation IO schedules General arrangement drawings Wiring drawings As-built drawings IO lists Operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals
