Tailings Clarifier - P2000 Expansion Project

Overview Pilgangoora Operations Pty Ltd is seeking the supply of a Tailings Clarifier package for the P2000 Expansion Project. Scope The Tailings Clarifier package shall be supplied complete, including the clarifier mechanism, feed well, overflow launder, associated structural and mechanical components, drive and lifting system, instrumentation, and ancillary equipment within the battery limits. The scope includes: Design, manufacture, and supply of the tailings clarifier including but not limited to rake arms, drive unit, torque tube, feed well, overflow launder, drive and lifting system, and associated structural and mechanical components within the battery limits Supplier documentation including equipment datasheets, general arrangement and structural drawings, mechanical and electrical schematics, process/performance data, O&M manuals, and as-built documentation Instrumentation for bed/interface level detection, torque and rake position monitoring, flocculant dosing/mixing equipment where applicable, and control and monitoring components configured for integration into the plant's existing Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) control system
