About this tender
The City is seeking Expressions of Interest for a commercial café tenancy within the Cannington Leisureplex. The Cannington Leisureplex is a multi-function leisure facility with over 590,000 visitors last year. It is co-located with the Cannington Library (94,000 visitors) on the corner of Sevenoaks Street and Wharf Street in Cannington. The café operation will require a suitably qualified and reputable entity to provide food and beverage services for patrons, visitors and staff attending the Cannington Leisureplex, maximising the commercial viability of the tenancy. To obtain your Expression of Interest documents, please register your details by emailing kylie.sander@canning.wa.gov.au by Friday 10 July 2026. All submissions must be submitted no later than 3.00pm Wednesday 12 August 2026 in the manner specified in the Expressions of Interest documents.
