Dear Subcontractor, Lake Maintenance would like to request a quote for an upcoming project - kindly refer to the details below and the document(s) for your quote. Please note that your submission must: 1. Review the Scope of Works and inform us of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, and/or clarifications ASAP. This must be done BEFORE you submit your quote. 2. Include a formal quote on your company letterhead, valid for 30 days; 3. Include a price breakdown per trade type. Please use the ‘MDT Price Breakdown’ template provided. 4. Provide your estimated Service Delivery Program (SDP) to include mobilisation time AND time to complete works; NOTE: If your company is not able to provide a quote submission, please reply to this email explaining briefly your reason/s: REASON FOR DECLINED (Tick below): A) Pricing..........................................? Submission of quotes should be made no later than 5:00 PM Tuesday, 14/07/2026 Please find the documentation, which must be referenced when preparing the quote submission. Progress payment: Indicate whether a progress payment arrangement is to be considered: (Tick below): Yes/No *Progress payment terms MUST be recommended by the Head Contractor at the time of submitting quotes to the Principal. These terms are negotiable; however, they must be agreed upon with the Principal prior to any works being awarded. In addition to the above request, the Department of Housing and Works also requires the following: • All ACM Pricing needs to be identified separately per property (if applicable); • All subcontractors, their employees, and contractors MUST complete onboarding inductions prior to commencing work on site. Important: The requirements set by the Department of Housing and Works must be followed and reflected in your quote (refer to all attached documents). Any submission deemed incomplete will be rejected. Likewise, works will only be deemed completed and paid after all scope requirement/s are submitted (i.e. before and after photos, waterproofing photos, reports, etc.) Kindly remember: Subcontractors are to follow the appropriate protocols when entering/leaving remote communities.
