About this tender
Overview WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitable organisations to engage in the Residential Aged Care Home (RACH) Telehealth and After-hours Activities program. Purpose The EOI will inform a Pilot approach to support and build capacity of residential aged care homes across the Perth North, Perth South and Country WA PHNs. Funding Selected RACHs will receive a grant of $20,000 to enable change management and implementation of telehealth.
