Clarifications Closing Date: Friday, 24 July 2026 Tender Briefing / Site Visit: Tuesday, 14 July 2026 at 10:00am (WST) The Shire of Coolgardie is seeking to engage a suitably qualified, competent and experienced contractor for the management and operation of its seasonal aquatic facilities comprising the Kambalda Aquatic Centre and the Coolgardie Pool, in accordance with the Specification and Scope of Works contained in the Request for Tender. Tender Briefing / Site Visit Attendance at the Tender Briefing and Site Inspection is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. The Tender Briefing will commence at 10:00am (WST) on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 at the Kambalda Aquatic Centre, Barnes Drive, Kambalda WA, followed by a site inspection of the Coolgardie Pool, Sylvester Street, Coolgardie WA. Tenderers intending to attend, must confirm their attendance by 4:00pm (WST) on Monday, 13 July 2026 by email to kasey.turner@coolgardie.wa.gov.au Electronic Submission Only Electronic Tender Forum ALL questions relating to the RFT should be requested online using the etender portal only. All enquiries are to be made through the Shire of Coolgardie's E-Tendering Portal's Q & A Forum. The Shire of Coolgardie accepts no responsibility for submitted tenders failing to be in the portal at the time and the date of closing. Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify tenders.
