Site Services at ASC (SA and WA) - ASC - Supplier, Capability and Innovation Portal

Overview ASC Pty Ltd is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide site services across its operations in South Australia (SA) and Western Australia (WA). ASC is seeking capable suppliers to deliver one or more service categories and encourages responses from both specialist providers and integrated service providers. About ASC operates secure facilities and requires experienced service providers capable of delivering safe, reliable and high-quality services within complex, regulated environments. ASC currently operates multiple facilities in South Australia and Western Australia, supporting several thousand personnel across office, industrial and shipbuilding environments. Purpose This EOI is intended to identify suppliers with the capability, capacity and relevant experience to support ASC's operations. Following evaluation of submissions, ASC may shortlist respondents to participate in a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT), or other procurement process. The final service delivery model and contracting approach will be determined following completion of the EOI process. Scope The scope includes the following service categories: South Australia (SA) Onsite Canteen Services Cleaning and Facilities Services Grounds Services Western Australia (WA) Cleaning, Facilities Services and Grounds Services Information Requested Respondents should provide information addressing the following for each relevant service category. South Australia: Onsite Canteen Services Experience operating onsite cafeterias, canteens, or commercial food service operations Capability to provide hot and cold food offerings, barista services, grab-and-go options, and healthy meal alternatives Ability to accommodate fluctuating workforce demands and shift-based operations Capability to provide ad hoc catering services for meetings, training events, and corporate functions Ability to obtain baseline clearance as required Relevant food safety certifications and quality management processes South Australia: Cleaning and Facilities Services General commercial and industrial cleaning capabilities Experience cleaning within manufacturing, Defence, or high-security environments Availability of security-cleared personnel (Cleaning) Consumables management services Specialist cleaning services, including deep cleans, high-risk areas, and emergency response cleaning Hygiene and sanitary services Laundry services Pest control capabilities or integrated service offerings Waste management and recycling solutions Secure waste collection and disposal capabilities Bottled water supply and associated servicing requirements Quality assurance, inspection, and reporting processes South Australia: Grounds Services Grounds maintenance and landscaping services Lawn, garden, irrigation, and vegetation management Resources and local support capability Western Australia: Cleaning, Facilities Services and Grounds Services General commercial and industrial cleaning capabilities Experience cleaning within manufacturing, Defence, or high-security environments Availability of security-cleared personnel (Cleaning) Consumables management services Specialist cleaning services, including deep cleans, high-risk areas, and emergency response cleaning Hygiene and sanitary services Laundry services Pest control capabilities or integrated service offerings Waste management and recycling solutions Secure waste collection and disposal capabilities Bottled water supply and associated servicing requirements Quality assurance, inspection, and reporting processes Grounds maintenance and landscaping services, including lawn, garden, irrigation, and vegetation management Resources and local support capability Instructions to Tenderers ASC may engage a single supplier or multiple suppliers across different service categories, locations and contract packages, depending on operational requirements.
