About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (Programmed FM) has been engaged on behalf of the Western Australian Department of Housing & Works (DOHW) and the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism & Sports (DCITS), and will act as Principal for this Contract. Programmed FM is seeking a Respondent to perform and discharge the function of Vendor for the replacement of Goods Lift 7 at the State Theatre Centre of WA, 174 William Street, Perth WA. The scope of works and associated appendices and annexures have been provided to inform the Vendor of the basis of the works to be executed. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of Goods Lift 7 at the State Theatre Centre of WA, 174 William Street, Perth WA Works Overview Works are estimated to start around May 2027, with on-site works expected to take approximately three months to complete. Works earlier than May 2027 will not be possible due to summer shows and events in the City. Due to site conditions and limited storage space, the following should be taken into account when submitting the program of works: Stage 1: Decommissioning of the existing lift and old equipment, to be removed from site on the same day due to no storage being available on site Stage 2: Arrival of new equipment in sections where possible, with installation of the new lift also taking place in stages based on the equipment being brought in Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at the State Theatre Centre of WA, 174 William Street, Perth, on 25 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. A mandatory site briefing will also be held at the State Theatre Centre of WA, 174 William Street, Perth WA. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
