About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake cooling schools mechanical services upgrades at four nominated DOE sites. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Removal of evaporative cooling systems and gas heaters Make good of all areas affected by removal works, including floors, walls, ceilings and roof finishes Supply and installation of new refrigerated air conditioning in accordance with the DOE Standard Brief Provision of mechanical fresh air to classrooms Minor building works, where required Site Inspection A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each site separately.
