Overview Water Corporation is seeking a Contractor for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new meter testing facilities at Shenton Park (Bid Number 7000015376). Scope The scope includes: Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Small Meter Test Rig Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an Endurance Test Rig Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Medium Meter Test Rig Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Large Meter Test Rig Associated mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and SCADA systems works Integration of the new test rigs into the Shenton Park meter testing facility The new facilities will be used to undertake NATA-accredited testing of water meters ranging from DN20 to DN300. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A Compulsory Bid Briefing and Site Inspection will be held as follows: Location: Water Corporation Meter Lab, Shenton Park, 37 Lemnos St, Shenton Park WA Date: 21 July 2026 Time: 10:30 AM Duration: Bidders should allow up to two hours Bidders shall register their interest to attend by email to Ali Zafar at Ali.Zafar@watercorporation.com.au by 15:00 hours WST, 20 July 2026. Bidders must include the name and contact details (mobile number and email) of their authorised representative(s) with their email. Failure to attend the Compulsory Bid Briefing and Site Inspection may result in the Bidder being excluded from the Bidding process. Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid. For further instructions on the Compulsory Site visit requirements, including PPE requirements and inductions, refer to Part A, clause 11 of the bid documents.
