About this tender
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (DCITS) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake UAT & toilet refurbishment works at the State Library of Western Australia. The Work includes but is not limited to the refurbishment of the existing UAT and Female toilet at the site, with optional pricing to refurbish the existing Male toilet. Hard demolition work or any works causing excessive noise will need to be completed outside of normal hours. Drainage works requiring access to the CPP State Library carpark below will need to be completed outside carpark operating hours. Site Visit A site visit will be held at 25 Francis St, Perth on 15 Jun, 2026 9:30 AM. A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at the State Library of WA.
