This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers to expand the capabilities of Microsoft Copilot by connecting it to approved enterprise data sources, enabling users to securely discover, access and interact with organisational information through natural language queries. Eligibility DHA will only consider invited sellers for this opportunity and will not respond to unsolicited requests to be included in this RFQ. Scope The supplier will design, configure, and implement Microsoft Copilot connectors and related services to enable the ingestion and indexing of enterprise data sources for use within the Microsoft 365 Copilot environment. The scope includes: Assessing DHA's existing Microsoft 365 and enterprise application environment Providing a recommendations paper outlining proposed Microsoft Copilot Enterprise Data Connectors to implement Designing and implementing Microsoft Copilot connectors for approved enterprise data sources Integrating structured and unstructured data repositories to improve Copilot search and knowledge discovery capabilities, whilst maintaining source-system security permissions Ensuring compliance with DHA security, privacy, records management and information handling requirements Conducting testing, validation and user acceptance activities Providing documentation, knowledge transfer and operational support recommendations Contractor Requirements Previous Experience Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Graph-based solutions within Australian Government or similarly regulated environments Expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph Connectors, Azure services and enterprise search technologies Compliance with relevant Australian Government security and privacy requirements Engagement Requirements Weekly or fortnightly status reports for the work package will be required The vendor must provide a centralised point of contact, for example a Delivery Manager or Engagement Lead Baseline cleared resources are required Information Requested The proposal must address all nine requirements listed in this opportunity A projected Delivery Plan including milestone payments must be included in the proposal
