About this tender

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR) is seeking to establish a scalable professional services arrangement for the provision of ICT Infrastructure, Program and Project Delivery Support Services. The arrangement will provide the Department with access to specialist skills and delivery capability to support a broad range of ICT initiatives, including infrastructure modernisation, cloud services, cyber security, network services, workplace technology, artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, service transition activities, and related digital transformation programs. Scope Services may include, but are not limited to: Program and project management services Delivery planning, coordination and oversight Governance, reporting and executive briefing support Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation Portfolio planning, roadmap development and work package management Operational readiness, service transition and knowledge transfer activities Infrastructure, cloud, network, cyber security and AI-related delivery support Advisory and architecture services Specialist Roles The Department anticipates engaging a broad range of specialist skills, including Program Directors, Program Managers, Project Managers, PMO Leads, Enterprise and Infrastructure Architects, Cloud Architects and Engineers, Security Architects and Specialists, Network Architects and Engineers, AI Architects and Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Service Transition Managers and other advisory specialists. Deliverables Deliverables will vary depending on individual work packages but may include: Project and program plans Governance artefacts Schedules and roadmaps Executive reporting Business cases Implementation plans Benefits management plans Architecture and solution design documentation Migration and transition plans Operational acceptance packages Runbooks Technical assurance reports Knowledge transfer materials Contractor Requirements Suppliers must demonstrate both capability and capacity to deliver services of a similar nature and scale Information Requested Examples of relevant recent experience CVs for key personnel A GST-inclusive rate card covering proposed skillsets and experience levels A comprehensive rate card that can support future work packages and contract options Enquiries Buyer contact: ICTSourcing@industry.gov.au
