Overview The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (Reef Authority) is seeking an ICT professional services partner for the provision of skilled project management resources, on an as required basis, in support of the Reef Authority's various ICT projects in FY26/27. Scope The scope includes: Provision of skilled project management resources on an as required basis in support of the Reef Authority's ICT projects ICT Project Manager for the Permission System (PS) Technology Transformation Project ICT Project Manager for the Field Reporting System (FRS) Project Provision of personnel to fill future positions that may be identified during the term of the contract Contractor Requirements Proposed CVs must address the requirements set out in the Position Requirement documents attached to the RFQ The seller may propose one or more personnel to fill the positions and must provide reasoning for their proposed approach as part of their quote The seller must demonstrate that it has the experience, capability, and capacity for providing the Services by completing the Seller Response Form provided and addressing the evaluation criteria of the RFQ Instructions to Tenderers The buyer reserves the right to shortlist sellers. The buyer plans to interview shortlisted sellers' candidates in the week of 12 October 2026. Sellers should make their candidates available for interviews during this period. Beyond the initial positions, the Reef Authority intends to establish a suitable arrangement with the successful seller to provide for future positions that may be identified during the term of the contract.
