Scope The scope includes: Access to a panel of Australian business participants, including representation from diverse cohorts Participant recruitment, screening, scheduling and consent management services User research tools to support surveys, interviews and usability testing activities Reporting and monitoring capabilities to track recruitment progress and study completion Privacy-compliant data storage and management services The scope of this procurement is limited to the provision of participant recruitment and user research tools and services to support the department's market and user research activities. All research activities, analysis, interpretation of findings, and reporting will be undertaken internally by departmental staff.
