This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking 1 x EL1 Business Designer (Labour Hire) to support the design and transformation of business services, processes and operating models within a complex ICT program environment. The Role Working across multidisciplinary delivery teams, the EL1 Business Designer will apply business design and human-centred design approaches to understand current-state challenges, define future-state business needs and develop practical solutions that align people, processes, technology and organisational objectives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, service and user experience designers, business analysts, product teams, architects and delivery specialists to ensure proposed digital and technology solutions are supported by effective business processes, capabilities and ways of working. Eligibility NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only; successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: labour hire licences are required in the state in which the specified personnel are being contracted How to Apply The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
