Overview The Australian Human Rights Commission is seeking a Manager, ECMS Project Manager, to lead the completion of the Commission's case management system implementation. The Role One instance of the case management system has already been established for an existing business area, and implementation work has commenced to expand that capability to another complaints function. This role will take carriage of that work and see it through to completion. The role includes: Leading completion of the Commission's case management system implementation Taking carriage of the expansion of the system to another complaints function Ensuring the expanded system is properly planned Ensuring the expanded system is properly configured Ensuring the expanded system is properly tested Ensuring the expanded system is properly documented Ensuring the expanded system is transitioned into business use
