Seeking a Business Systems Assurance (BSA) Platform to serve as a centralised assurance framework enabling demonstrated compliance, risk management, and clear accountability across all systems. Project goals To provide a centralised assurance framework that enables DPIRD to demonstrate compliance, manage risk, and maintain accountability across all systems The project objectives are to enable: Centralised view of compliance status across all systems Automated/streamlined attestation reporting Integrated risk visibility Single source of truth for systems Evidence repository for audits System owner self-assessment capability Executive and other Government Reporting and dashboards. Scope The scope is defined as per attached DPIRD BSA Requirements, however the proposed solution must support the following core capabilities: Core Modules System/asset repository (integrated with LeanIX or equivalent) Control framework and control mapping Assessment management across multiple domains Risk register and treatment tracking Vendor risk and assessment management Dashboards, analytics, and reporting Assessment Domains Risk Management Cyber Security AI Governance System Management Vendor Management Records Management Compliance Management Accessibility Additional details/instructions Participation in this opportunity is limited to Advanced Prequalified suppliers on the ICT Service Scheme (SCM0020), compliant to any Category.
