Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking a Research and Evaluation Specialist (APS6 level or equivalent) to lead and deliver high-quality research, evaluation, analytical and evidence-generation activities supporting the Agency's strategic priorities and digital health initiatives. The Role The role includes: Reporting to the Senior Research and Evaluation Specialist Applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, program evaluation frameworks, statistical and thematic analysis techniques, and evidence-based approaches to assess the effectiveness, impacts and outcomes of Agency programs, products and services Contributing to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of research and evaluation projects Translating complex evidence into actionable insights that inform policy, program delivery, investment decisions and strategic planning Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders to develop robust evidence, support organisational learning, and promote a culture of evaluation and evidence-informed decision-making Objectives Key outcomes for the role include: Delivery of high-quality research and evaluation projects Development of clear, evidence-based findings and recommendations Application of best-practice methodologies and standards Provision of specialist advice to support continuous improvement and demonstrate the value and impact of digital health initiatives Role Requirements APS6 level or equivalent
