Overview The National Disability Insurance Agency is seeking a Senior CIAM Software Engineer to fill the EL1 Tech Lead, Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) role. The Role As CIAM Tech Lead, the successful candidate will be a hands-on software engineering leader responsible for the technical implementation of consumer identity and access management solutions. The role includes: Building features for consumer identity and access management solutions Performing code reviews Troubleshooting complex implementation issues Leading software engineering practices within the team Acting as a go-to person for difficult technical problems and designing solutions for advanced problems Mentoring other engineers to foster a culture of innovation Supporting Scheme Identity leadership in estimation and delivery planning Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate integration with other NDIA systems Tender Briefing A supplier briefing will be held for this role. Eligibility NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: labour hire licences are required in the state where specified personnel are being contracted Instructions to Respondents The proposed rate should reflect the candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
