Overview The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking 2 Business Analysts to join the Conformance Design team within the Connected Care Branch of the Digital Strategy Division. About The Conformance Design team sits within the Connected Care Branch of the Digital Strategy Division. The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Assistant Director and is accountable under limited direction to perform complex work relating to conformance testing of vendor systems, execute test cases, remotely guide developer representatives to perform activities, and produce accurate and detailed records of test outcomes. The Role The Senior Analyst will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and will be responsible for working with key internal and external stakeholders to understand, negotiate, and resolve complex, difficult, or sensitive issues arising within a project or program. They may require, and/or be able to develop, additional section-specific knowledge to be able to successfully deliver outcomes, as such the ability to apply knowledge or quickly develop an understanding of business is key for these roles. Role Requirements The ideal candidates will exercise both initiative and judgment in addition to: Proficiency in writing and assessing generic test cases for multiple vendors Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analysis and problem-solving skills Intermediate to advanced Visio, Excel, and Word user skills Understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes Experience in data auditing, quality assurance and control activities, or the ability to quickly acquire this experience Demonstrated experience of risk assessment methodology
