Overview Inner West Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the establishment of a multi-supplier Professional Services Panel across four streams: Data Services, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services, Automation & Integration Services, and Digital Solutions & Development. Scope The scope includes: Provision of specialist advisory, strategic, technical and delivery expertise across the Data Services stream Provision of specialist advisory, strategic, technical and delivery expertise across the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services stream Provision of specialist advisory, strategic, technical and delivery expertise across the Automation & Integration Services stream Provision of specialist advisory, strategic, technical and delivery expertise across the Digital Solutions & Development stream Support for Council initiatives from planning and architecture through to implementation, optimisation and ongoing capability development Information Requested Respondents are required to demonstrate the following in their submission: Relevant experience Methodologies Governance arrangements Key personnel Commercial terms, including proposed rate cards and engagement models Instructions to Tenderers This is a single-stage open tender process.
